Buyers may be forgiven if they think they are dreaming at Barratt Manchester’s Knightsbridge Park development in Dukinfield. The Kentmeres are on release at £226,400 for an end mews property and £215,500 for a mid. The Maidstone is available at £186,800, but is available for £140,000 to those who qualify for the Dream Start scheme. The Palmerstons are priced at £185,450 for an end mews (£139,087 under Dream Start) and £176,650 for the mid (£132,407 under Dream Start).
