JCB Dieselmax and Andy Green to star on MIA stand
British motorsport fans will get their first chance to view the record breaking JCB Dieselmax at Autosport International, January 11-14, 2007, where it will be the centrepiece of the MIA stand.Andy Green, the man who piloted the record breaker to the new 350.092mph milestone for diesel cars will be there on Thursday and Friday (January 11 and 12), as will some of the brilliant engineers who made the success possible.
Said the MIA’s Chris Aylett, “The JCB Dieselmax is the embodiment of Britain’s global lead in R&D, innovation, high-performance engineering and energy efficient motorsport. It comes as no surprise that several MIA members were fundamentally involved in the project, not least: Visioneering (design and engineering capabilities) and Ricardo (engines). We are very proud to be able to feature this landmark car on our stand.”
