Wednesday
After a hard day’s shopping have dinner with the girls and reward yourself with the ‘Wednesday Beauty Plate’. Sunday

Start off your Sunday lunch with lentil salad with vegetables and chives and compliment the lentils with white cabbage and cool as cucumber salad. The Mexicano juice of orange and carrot is tasty and zingy and for that special Sunday treat round off with delicious rice and coconut dessert.
If that all sounds a bit too virtuous, add something extra from a tempting selection from potato wedges with paprika to sweet potato and peanut curry, vegetable samosas and herby falafel.
