Bloor Homes’ Congleton show home opening a huge success
Bloor Homes’ show home opening event at its Meadowside development in Astbury, Congleton, proved a huge success. Over eighty people called in over the weekend and many expressed an interest in purchasing a new home at this popular development. In the twenty weeks since Bloor Homes started selling properties at Meadowside, the developer has already sold twenty-one out of the fifty two properties off plan.
The Meadowside event included the unveiling of the 4 bedroom ‘Dursley’ show home, along with a hog roast and face painting for the children. An Independent Financial Advisor was on hand with information on the latest mortgage products available and people could take advantage of Bloor Homes’ special opening offers.
Phil and Kim Atkins, the first residents to move in at Meadowside, had the honour of cutting the ribbon to open the new show home. The couple purchased a 4 bedroom ‘Allbrook’ house style and moved in at the end of August. Phil says: “We were previously living in Tunstall, Stoke-on-Trent and first discovered the development at the preview event in April. We are extremely pleased with the finish of our new home and have quickly settled in. We are currently enjoying planning the décor, to put our own stamp on the property. Our favourite room is the breakfast kitchen, which is great for catching up on our day while preparing dinner and enjoying a leisurely breakfast at the weekend. It’s lovely because everything is new and sparkling.”
