Roger Clark Motorsport uprated fuel pump - Impreza/WRX

RCM Fuel Pump

Leading Subaru tuner, Roger Clark Motorsport has released an uprated fuel pump suitable for all models of the WRX, Impreza and Sti from version 5 (1999) onwards. The fuel pump is an oft-overlooked component during engine upgrades, and whilst the standard unit is up to the job on a stock engine, it can quickly become inadequate on uprated powerplants.

This bespoke part has been designed as a direct replacement for the factory pump assembly that is situated within the fuel tank. Fitting is straight forward and can be done through the inspection cover in the floor pan.
Where the RCM pump scores significantly over its standard equivalent is in its delivery rate. Whereas the OEM unit maxes out at 1.1 litres per minute at 5 bar pressure, the RCM upgrade manages almost FOUR times that at an impressive 4.2 lpm at the same 5 bar pressure.

The pump has also been carefully designed to be able to cope with the New Age Impreza’s oscillating voltage supply, where the voltage to the pump can vary between 8 and 12 volts, depending on how the car is being driven.
Priced at just £125.00 + VAT and rated up to 500 bhp, you really have no excuse for not protecting your engine with this part.
