A collection of high quality new homes has launched in Wellington.

Homebuyers are now spoilt for choice after Redrow released the first homes for sale at Bagley Green, on the former Ryeland Nurseries site, off Bagley Road.

The development will eventually feature 79 new homes from Redrow’s sought-after New Heritage Collection in a choice of two, three, four and five-bedroom designs, which combine Arts and Crafts inspired traditional exteriors with bright modern interiors.

Hayley Zaple, area sales manager for Redrow Homes (South West), said: “Bagley Green is our first New Heritage Collection venture in Somerset and will, I’m sure, prove to be just as popular as previous schemes in Bristol and Wiltshire.

“Perfectly located eight miles from Taunton and 25 miles from Exeter, the development is surrounded by green fields on the edge of Wellington. Our traditionally styled homes will blend perfectly with the established family homes in the area.”

Homes will feature contemporary interiors with an emphasis on convivial open-plan spaces for modern family living and stunning kitchens with floor to ceiling units and top brand name appliances.

Initial prices are from £151,995 for a two-bedroom home to £315,995 for a four-bedroom home. Show homes will open this summer.

Visitors can visit the new sales office at Bagley Green daily, Thursday to Monday 10am until 5.30pm and Tuesday and Wednesday 10.30 am until 4.30pm.
