The Mayor of Tamworth chooses a Morris home
Housebuilder Morris’ Castle Gate development, off Marlborough Way, has been given the seal of approval by the Mayor of Tamworth.
Councillor Lee Bates, 34, took advantage of the housebuilder’s popular part-exchange scheme, which allows homebuyers to sell their existing property directly to Morris for 110 per cent of the market value, removing the risk of the sale falling through.
Councillor Bates said: “I was very impressed with the quality of the homes at Castle Gate. Morris’ 110% part exchange scheme gave us the confidence and peace-of-mind to move - making the entire process quick and easy.”
Julie Smith, regional sales director for Morris, added: “For many people the most stressful part of moving home is selling an existing property but thanks to our part exchange scheme property chains and gazumping is a thing of the past.
“The part exchange scheme is available on a variety of properties at the development and we’re keen to hear from anyone who’d like to find out more about how the scheme can help them.”
Morris is currently offering a range of three and four bedroom homes under the scheme, starting from just £177,750, that are ideal for families looking to upgrade to a larger property.
Councillor Bates added, “Morris helped make the move smooth from start to finish with great customer service and a dedicated sales team. I have been made to feel very welcome in my new neighbourhood.”
Located close to Tamworth town centre with excellent transport links to Birmingham and Leicester, the development is the ideal base for both young professionals and families.
