People looking for a new home in the West Midlands can make an informed choice about the right property for them with a visit to the latest Redrow development in Tipton.

Redrow research found that those looking to buy a new home billed show homes as ‘very important’ or even ‘essential’, with some customers saying they were unable to picture a house without one.

With that in mind, the award-winning housebuilder is launching Heritage Gardens, in Upper Church Lane, next weekend (September 4/5) with two fully furnished show homes and a view home from its New Heritage Collection.

Pauline Turnbull, sales director for Redrow Homes (Midlands), said: “While some people have the confidence to buy ‘off plan’, others says they can’t visualise the layout without viewing a show home and see it as essential to establish the quality and finish of the properties.

“Customers like to imagine themselves living in a show home and many choose to replicate the look that our teams of professional interior designers have created.”

While the three homes available for viewing ¬¬– ‘Oxford’, Cambridge’ and ‘Stratford’ designs - all have four-bedrooms, they have each been styled with different buyers in mind.

Created in response to customer feedback, and influenced by the Arts and Crafts movement, the New Heritage Collection is a premium housing product that combines traditional exteriors with modern interiors styled for 21st century living.

The ‘Oxford’, for example, with its double-height, tile-hung bay and roofed porch, is a prime example of how traditional features of British homes have stood the test of time.

“The New Heritage Collection blends the charm of an older property with the style and convenience of a brand new one. Family friendly and fashionable features include open plan living spaces, contemporary kitchens with floor to ceiling height cabinets and top brand name appliances, plus desirable bathrooms with quality fixtures and fittings,” Pauline said.

Heritage Gardens will eventually comprise 87 homes on the site of a former ironworks foundry, close to the centre of Tipton.

Set in the heart of the Black Country, the development enjoys easy access to Birmingham and Wolverhampton. The area has convenient links to the M5 and M6 motorways.

To experience the New Heritage Collection for yourself, visit the show homes at Heritage Gardens, from 10am on September 4.
