Move in for just £99 with George Wimpey

George Wimpey North Midlands has launched a brand new scheme to help homebuyers step straight onto the housing ladder – in exchange for just £99. Throughout February customers reserving an apartment at The City in Coventry or Eliot Court in Nuneaton, will be able to ‘Move in for £99’.*

The scheme relieves first-time buyers of all the daunting costs associated with buying a property and means customers will pay nothing more than a £99 reservation charge until the day they move in.

George Wimpey covers the cost of the deposit, stamp duty and legal costs – saving the customer thousands of pounds.
