Fazakerley children get new home from George Wimpey

Housebuilder George Wimpey Manchester got together with Fazakerley Primary School to supply the children with a different kind of home to its usual specification - a five foot tall wooden playhouse.

The housebuilder, who recently came to the area with development The Paddocks, moved swiftly into action to replace the old model and give the children a new place to play.

Jenny Carter, deputy head teacher at Fazakerley Primary School, said: "The children love their new playhouse and we'd like to thank George Wimpey very much for thinking of us when they moved to the area."
