Snap-on launches MOT & wheel alignment lift packages
Snap-on Equipment has launched a range of three lift packages which enable workshops to maximise both MOT and wheel alignment revenue from a single lift bay. The new packages include two scissor lifts and a four-post lift to suit the requirements of virtually all lift bays. Each of the VOSA approved packages has 12-months parts and labour warranty and can be specified with a host of options and upgrades to Automated Test Lane (ATL) and One Person Test Lane (OPTL) MOT configurations. Both scissor lift packages can be configured for surface or recess mounting and feature long run-on ramps, making them ideal for low-profile vehicles. Developed with a leading Italian lift manufacturer, the scissor lifts also feature a patented torsion bar system to ensure accurate levelling and long-lasting performance. Customers also benefit from Snap-on Equipment’s ‘one stop shop’ service, which includes a site survey, planning, installation, training and maintenance, as well as finance (subject to status).
Chris Behan, General Manager, Snap-on Equipment, comments: “Potential changes to the MOT regulations mean that workshops need to make the most of their lift bays and maximise revenue. Our new packages aim to provide customers with the right lift for the job, along with the quality, expertise and service they expect from Snap-on Equipment.”
