The Tower at GWQ - the final phase of this popular Brentford development

The Tower at GWQ, the next phase at Barratt London’s popular Great West Quarter development, has launched. Homes within this 26-storey skyscraper rising high over West London will have panoramic views over the city and the surrounding countryside, as well as offering residents a beautiful, contemporary design for the apartments.
Within easy reach of central London and the shopping and leisure attractions of Kew and Richmond, the one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all with winter gardens, are expected to be sought after by both owner occupiers and investors.
Floors 11-22 in the Tower will be private residential apartments while underneath, floors 1-10 will be an aparthotel, offering serviced apartments.
Residents at GWQ have the benefit of a 12-hour a day concierge, gated underground parking, a residents' car club, a residents’ cycle club, a fitness suite and a Sainsbury’s Local supermarket. A Novotel hotel will also be opening at GWQ in spring 2014.
First residential completions in the Tower will be from June 2014.
GWQ is just 16 minutes by car to Heathrow and from South Ealing (zone 3), the nearest tube station, residents can be in central London in 22 minutes.
GWQ is a 12 acre, contemporary and highly sustainable development with a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom stylish apartments with communal landscaped gardens. Designed by Assael Architecture, GWQ, when complete, will offer 425 private and 348 affordable apartments set around a central piazza. Planned facilities, some of which are already onsite, include bars, cafés restaurants, a convenience store and nursery/crèche, health and fitness centre, surgery, art gallery, hotel and business starter units.
Prices for a one-bedroom apartment start in the Tower at GWQ start at £315,000.
