UK exhaust specialist Milltek has released details of its latest bespoke exhaust systems for the one of the hottest hatches of the moment; The Corsa VXR ‘Nurburgring’.

As with all Milltek systems, this latest design has been developed after many month and miles of hard testing and refinement. Engineered in Milltek’s Derbyshire factory, the new Corsa system uses every little bit of know-how and experience from Milltek’s significant involvement in top-level saloon racing series like the BTCC.

The result is a precision mandrel-bent 2.75” system that precisely follows the factory routing to ensure optimum clearance and gasflow. Owners can choose either a secondary cat-back system, or if preferred, a secondary cat delete can be added for an even more sonorous result with additional torque and horsepower. Both integrate seamlessly with the factory primary catalyst for a simple and easy fit. Benefitting from Milltek’s usual choice of the finest European non-magnetic stainless steel, the systems promise long life as well as peerless performance. Sports catalyst options and a large bore downpipe will also be made available later in the year.

The trim options are many and varied, but all offer a tasteful upgrade to the factory parts. Those looking for a little more obvious enhancement can opt for the GT-100 finishers in Polished, Gloss Black or Titanium, or for those looking to keep things decidedly ‘OEM+’, the GT-90’s in their polished finery look just like the factory might have put them there in a more flamboyant moment.

Prices start from £678.66 + VAT for the non-resonated secondary cat back system with the polished trims, rising to £878.85 + VAT for the resonated version with titanium trims.
