Celebrities to tackle Bushtucker Trials in Hi-Tec walking boots
Reality TV fans will see the likes of former soap star Helen Flanagan, boxer David Haye and controversial MP Nadine Dorries enter the Australian outback in Hi-Tec’s V-Lite Altitude Ultra Luxe WPI walking boots, as I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! launches on UK screens this Sunday (11th November) evening.
The latest series of the show marks the fourth year that British outdoors specialist Hi-Tec has provided safe and sturdy footwear for the celebs taking part, with the award-winning V-Lite Altitude Ultra Luxe WPI boots selected for 2012 because of their waterproof fullgrain leather upper, their light weight and their ultra grippy sole – all essential requirements for the infamous bushtucker trials.
As well as improving performance during tasks, the boots look great with this year’s jungle uniform, as ex Coronation Street favourite Helen and former Pussycat Doll Ashley Roberts have proved in recently-released promotional shots.
Helen Durant, UK Marketing Manager at Hi-Tec, says: “We’re delighted that the contestants are wearing our boots again this year.
“The Australian outback can be quite challenging terrain and they offer all the support and comfort that’s needed, which should give the celebrities one less thing to worry about, amongst the stress of jungle life!”
