New baby, new Bloor Home!
Michelle and Andrew Beech have had a busy time lately, moving in to their new home at Bloor Homes’ Meadowside development in Astbury, Congleton and welcoming a baby daughter to the family.
Michelle and Andrew purchased a 4 bedroom ‘Allbrook’ house design and are thrilled with their new home. Michelle says: “As we were extending our family, we wanted a bigger house and the ‘Allbrook’ is just perfect. Everything about the property feels spacious. We have 4 good sized bedrooms, two of which are ensuite. During the daytime we spend most of our time in the kitchen and then in the evenings we find the lounge at the front of the property a cosy place to play games with our son. We have double doors out to the garden, which is a good size for the children to play in as they get older.”
This is the first time Michelle and Andrew have purchased a new house and now Michelle can’t imagine buying a property someone else has lived in. She says: “Having a brand new home is the best feeling ever, as everything is sparkling and new; we feel completely spoilt. Now I’ve experienced living in a new build, I wouldn’t want to buy someone else’s home."
Michelle and Andrew also found moving to be stress free. Michelle says: “My daughter was just a week old when we moved in so it was a really busy time for us but I can honestly say that it wasn’t stressful, as having a new home meant we didn’t need to do any work on it. It was so lovely being able to move in without having to clean or redecorate.” The Beech’s also found the Bloor Homes people helped make buying easy. Michelle continues: “Everyone at Bloor Homes we dealt with has been so friendly and really helpful. They did make buying simple and I felt the sales advisers cared about us as a family. It didn’t just stop when we we’d bought either. Once we’d moved in, the site manager made sure everything was okay and checked we knew how everything worked. His attention to detail was perfect.”
The Beech’s bought their new home off plan and love living at Meadowside. Andrew says: “We’ve got a high spec home and everyone has commented on the quality. We couldn’t be more happy.”
